Order Processing & Shipping

• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 10 AM MST are processed and shipped the same business day.
• Orders placed after 10 AM MST will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
• We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable: If an order is returned or undeliverable, shipping fees will not be refunded.

Shipping Restrictions

• No PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
• Address Changes: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
