    1. MUST BE WITHIN 30 days from purchase date. (received at the TK Warehouse within 30 days of purchase date)

    2. FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW. INCLUDE FORM WITH YOUR PRODUCT. All returns will be refunded within 3-5 business days (may take up to 15 days to post to the account paid with) MINUS A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. (Restocking fee does not apply to exchanges)

    DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. IF THIS FORM IS NOT INCLUDED WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE. If an item is returned to us and doesn’t fit our return policy requirements the item will only be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

     

    Items need to be returned UNOPENED, in original packaging. Which means the following for each item:

    TK Hybrid Weft: Original ties (2) MUST still be in place around (unaltered) the full weft.

    TK Tape-Ins: Original ties (2) MUST still be in place (unaltered) around the bundle of each set of 10 pieces. 

    TK Halo: Must still be in the strap attached to the board in the back of the box, unaltered in ANY way.

    TK Clip-Ins: The full set MUST be in the original ties, unaltered in any way

    If damage or alteration is visible, the item  will not be exchanged. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone – other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.

    Exchange of Unopened Hair

    Top Knot Extensions offers a 30 day time period from the date of purchase to exchange/return any unopened hair (unopened hair means taking the ties off the hair within the package).

    *Exchange/Return item must be back to the TK Warehouse within 30 days of purchase date

    Used Hair

    Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. It is impossible for us to know if how it was installed or what chemicals were used on it. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON USED HAIR.

    We will gladly exchange any hair that is not removed from the original packaging (within 30 days of purchase). Shipping cost is at the customer’s expense, unless we helped you color match and the color is off. There are no exceptions.

    At Top Knot Extensions we are commitment to providing our customers with the highest quality hair on the market. It is important to note that we are dealing with human hair, even though we only select the highest quality hair available, there will be some variance within that category.
