    Exchange of Unopened Hair

    Top Knot Extensions offers a 3 weeks (21 days) time period from the date of purchase to  exchange any unopened hair (unopened hair means taking the ties off the hair within the package).

    Exchange of Used Hair

    Top Knot Extensions also offers a 3 week (21 days from purchase date) to send back used hair (unaltered by any chemical or without the weft being cut) for an exchange of the exact same type and color only if severe tangling or matting (due to the hair itself not for reasons from installation). We will ship a replacement box when we receive and inspect the problem hair.

    After 21 days from date of purchase, Top Knot Extensions cannot  guarantee the hair due to uncertainty of products being used, type of water, correct care, etc.

    No Refunds.

    We will gladly exchange any hair that is not removed from the original packaging (within 21 days of purchase). Shipping cost is at the customer’s expense, unless we helped you color match and the color is off. There are no exceptions.

    At Top Knot Extensions we are commitment to providing our customers with the highest quality hair on the market. It is important to note that we are dealing with human hair, even though we only select the highest quality hair available, there will be some variance within that category. Click here for more information.
